Terms of Trade:
Once an order has been 'Checked and Authorised' in writing in either a hard copy (letter/fax) or digitally (email) by the customer (Including facebook e commerce site), it is classified by our staff as being ‘Approved’. Once an order is ‘Approved’, the customer is required to accept the approved delivery and accept the payment terms of their order.
The target delivery date for orders starts when the written ‘approval’ is received by the sales team. From the confirmation, TOUR-TOPS will provide every effort possible to provide our products with inﾠ the specified delivery time. Delivery times can vary throughout the year.
Whilst TOUR-TOPS will endeavour and do our utmost to deliver orders to our time frame, our time frame is only a target and could be extended or reduced even after an order has passed the approval stage. The delivery target for orders is not a guarantee and not a contractual agreement.
All designs and logos represented on TOUR-TOPS job sheets are only an aid for the customers and are not drawn to scale. From initial enquiry to receipt of first designs can take up to 10 working days to allow for sales processing and graphics to be drawn up.
TOUR-TOPS reserves the right to refuse to produce artwork on the basis of content.
The following are some of the categories of content which may cause such a refusal:
• Sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Offensive language, symbols or gestures
• Racist or anti-religious content or themes
Through confirming any order you agree that you, the customer, have full permission for the use of any copyrighted/trademarked designs, graphics or emblems and accept full responsibility for any subsequent legal action taken by parties associated with any copyright/trademark breach.
Ownership of the products (both legal and equitable) remains with TOUR-TOPS until payment by a customer is made in full.
For a new bespoke orders, TOUR-TOPS need to obtain a non-refundable deposit of 50% with an order approval prior to production commencing.
Stock items are classified by TOUR-TOPS as garments designed and manufactured by TOUR-TOPS.
Trade credit terms are available to customers through negotiation with TOUR-TOPS Management after the relevant credit checks and procedures have been adhered.
All orders will require a signature confirming delivery. By choosing to purchase TOUR-TOPS, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that our products have been received by you.
If your item is inadvertently not in stock, we will contact you via email to find out if you would like us to back order for you. You will also be given the option of product alternatives or the right to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS IN ARTWORK
TOUR-TOPS and its affiliated companies want to work with you to put your designs, artwork, and logos on the products you purchase from TOUR-TOPS.
Any such designs which TOUR-TOPS prepares for you(“Artwork”), will be the property of TOUR-TOPS and will remain TOUR-TOPS intellectual property even if you have paid a fee for our design services. You will receive the Artwork only as it appears on goods purchased from TOUR-TOPS and not in any electronic format. We will have the right to use the Artwork for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, for sales and advertising.
If you supply us with original and usable designs (“Customer Designs”), those Customer Designs will remain your property, unless you request changes to the Customer Designs which significantly change the design. Such changes will result in the Customer Design becoming Artwork owned by TOUR-TOPS. You represent that you have all the appropriate rights to use Customer Designs which you provide to TOUR-TOPS, and you agree to be responsible for all costs or damages arising from a claim of infringement related to your Customer Design. You, the customer take all responsibility for the use any third party logo or trademark prior to TOUR-TOPS using such logos or incorporating such logos into your Artwork.
TOUR-TOPS reserves the right to limit the number and scope of changes or redraws to Artwork and Customer Designs and to charge additional fees for changes beyond that limit.
Online Store Terms
Delivery orders placed on the TOUR-TOPS Online Store will be handled as soon as possible and have the targeted time frame of delivery within 14 days in the United Kingdom and 28 days internationally after checkout confirmation, this does not include bespoke items.
The price of the products on our online store do not include VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total amount due at the checkout stage. In the case of an obvious pricing error, TOUR-TOPS has the right to alter the price and is under no legal obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even after the Contract between us has been formed. This is if the pricing error we have is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been acknowledge and recognised by you as an error.
If you have made a mistake in your order and you cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you. You will receive an email confirming that we have received and are processing your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Bespoke garments are "made to order" and are based and created on customer approval of all order details provided to the TOUR-TOPS sales team. Refunds/Returns for bespoke orders with an approved customer order will not be accepted.
Stock garments which have been altered and created with an approved customer order will not be accepted. Unaltered stock product will be able to be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
In a situation where TOUR-TOPS has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
Notification of an issue/fault with a bespoke order must be made by phone/email/fax/letter to TOUR-TOPS within 5 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer.
The standard warranty for garments manufactured by TOUR-TOPS is six months.
We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification.ﾠ Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please contact:
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as TOUR-TOPS cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Items returned as undelivered
Any Items that are returned to us as undelivered due to an attempted delivery and then subsequently not collected from the delivery office can be redelivered but we will not be liable for the extra postage costs so they will need to be paid for in advance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We may disclose your information to other members of our group of companies, and to our or their partners, associates, agents or subcontractors and to possible successors to our business. Some of these parties may reside outside the European Economic Area (which currently comprises the Member states of the European Union plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). If we do this, your information will be treated to the same standards adopted in the UK.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

Using cookies allows us at TOUR-TOPS to better understand general user behaviour, by telling us which parts of our website people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches that are used. Terms & Conditions for Special Offers
1. Discounts apply to selected garments only. Where offers refer to stock items, these items are those designed and manufactured by Samurai International, unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. TOUR-TOPS reserves the right to increase, decrease or remove completely any offers at any time, without giving notice.
3. All offers are subject to availability.
4. Garments purchased are subject to standard terms and conditions of sale and unless otherwise expressly stated are not available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
5. All prices quoted in offers are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Items quoted in the Online Shop are inclusive of special offers at the current rate charged in the UK, where appropriate.
6. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
7. Prices and promotions may vary or change due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.
8. Products will be available in limited quantities, sizes and colours. When stock of a special offer runs out we will no longer be able to supply that item at the special offer price. Nor will we be able to offer exchanges for special offers returned after stock has run out.
